Our story
For many years, Maciej Adamski was part of the corporate world; working for a large international Fortune 500 company. As a leader in the IT department, he led and delivered many successful projects with his team.
After 10 dedicated and loyal years to the company, he started to feel like just another cog in the corporate machine. While the experience was invaluable, it also revealed something important: the corporate mold left very little room for creativity, agility, and genuine human connection.
Maciej founded Dataglitch to bring this same enterprise-grade engineering and reliability to ambitious businesses that need to be agile, not bureaucratic.
This vision led to Africa, a continent with immense dynamism and potential, but where businesses are often forced to choose between local vendors who lack scale and global vendors who lack local insight.
Dataglitch was built to bridge this gap.
