How do you handle payments? Do you require 50% upfront?

Our payment structure is straightforward and balanced. We require 50% upfront to initiate the project, and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery. This model ensures commitment from both sides while protecting your investment through results.

How do you price your services?

Our pricing is based on the specific outcomes you need to achieve, not on arbitrary billable hours. We begin every engagement with a free strategy call to understand your goals. Afterward, we provide a clear, fixed-price proposal for each milestone. This approach ensures complete transparency and aligns our success with the value we deliver to you.

Do you offer any guarantees or insurance?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a post-launch warranty on all solutions we build. For your peace of mind and security, our company also carries full European liability cover.

Technical & Intellectual Property

Who owns the intellectual property (IP) and the code?

You do. We believe the tools that power your growth should belong entirely to you. Upon final payment for the project, you own 100% of the intellectual property and the source code.
